Hop into Blender and make whatever you want. As it's a prop, it can be a table, a chair, whatever fits you. I made a simple sphere, which I will make to look smoother using Shade Smooth (F3->Shade Smooth)

I didn't make it too complicated so the tutorial is easy to follow. Teaching you how to model in 3D is not the purpose of this tutorial.

Exporting

You can now export the model as FBX format into the mod folder as so:

We will apply a basic material on the prop later. For now you can continue to the next part.
